CAPHE-ACESS Working Groups are convened to develop specific resources that contribute to our goal of promoting excellence in healthcare ethics practice.

We currently have the following active working groups:

• Practice Standards - finalizing the first set of practice standards for Canadian PHEs and identifying the fundamental expectations of our Members

• Member Engagement - working to meaningfully include the participation of all those involved in healthcare ethics practice across Canada

Previous Working Groups included:

• Code of Ethics - developed of our forthcoming Code of Ethics

• Empirical - conducted a survey of the practice of healthcare ethicists across Canada
